We’re Hunter and Malina, coaches, gym owners, and lifelong students of sustainable fitness. Between us, we’ve spent over a decade as personal trainers, owned and operated multiple gyms, and coached thousands of people through strength training, nutrition, and lifestyle change.

You can train at a partnered local gym or wherever you prefer using strength training, cardio, yoga, cycling, or HIIT, all while following a structured and proven framework.
Backed by data driven technology, personalized nutrition coaching, and professional accountability, the program keeps you focused without burnout. Through our app and your personal health coach, you will track progress, receive expert guidance, and plug into systems that work in real life. Weekly Knowledge Power Hours with local experts help you understand the why behind the plan so the results last long after the six weeks are over.
